Coinsub Terms of Service

Subscribers / Customers

Welcome to Coinsub! By using our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

Coinsub ("we", "us", or "our") provides a platform for managing recurring and single-time token transfers on the blockchain. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Coinsub and the services we provide. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. User Accounts and Wallets

Coinsub does not handle user accounts or have access to user wallets. Users are responsible for managing their own wallets and associated information. It is your responsibility to securely manage your wallet credentials and ensure they are kept confidential.

3. Token Transfer Management

Coinsub allows you to manage recurring and single-time token transfers to merchants on the blockchain. When you authorize a token transfer, you agree to the amount and frequency specified by the merchant. Merchants cannot charge you more than the amount you have agreed to.

4. No Access to Funds

Coinsub does not have access to your funds. All transactions are processed directly on the blockchain between you and the merchant. Coinsub acts solely as a facilitator to help you manage these transactions.

5. Privacy and Data Security

Due to the decentralized nature of Coinsub, we do not have access to your private information. All privacy and security information is managed by you through the wallet you choose to connect and use for token transfers. We provide a messaging protocol similar to email and have no control over how the technology is used. We do not collect, store, or manage any personal data.

6. Merchant Charges

Merchants are bound by the token transfer terms agreed upon by you. They cannot charge more than the authorized amount. It is your responsibility to review and agree to the token transfer terms provided by the merchant before authorizing a transaction.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have any disputes regarding a transaction, you must contact the merchant directly. Coinsub is not responsible for resolving disputes between users and merchants. However, we may assist in providing transaction details to help resolve any issues.

8. Public Information

You acknowledge that general transaction data (such as amount, status, and sender/receiver information) on the blockchain is public information and that we do not obfuscate this information.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and we will notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of our services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason.

11. Limitation of Liability

Coinsub is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

12. Governing Law

By using our service, you agree to adhere to all regulations and compliance requirements in your local jurisdiction and to use the service only for lawful purposes.

13. Contact Information

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at info@coinsub.io.

14. Whistleblower Policy

The company has established a formalized whistleblower policy, and an anonymous communication channel is in place for users to report potential issues or fraud concerns.
