1. Introduction

Coinsub ("we", "us", or "our") provides a platform for managing recurring and single-time token transfers on the blockchain. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Coinsub as a merchant. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Merchant Responsibilities

As a merchant using Coinsub, you agree to the following:

• You will provide clear and accurate product descriptions and token transfer terms to users for any product that is activated for purchase.
• You will promptly address any disputes or issues raised by users regarding transactions.

3. No Access to Funds

Coinsub does not have access to user funds. All transactions are processed directly on the blockchain between you and the user. Coinsub acts solely as a facilitator to help you manage these transactions.

4. User Wallet Management

Coinsub does not handle user accounts or have access to user wallets. Users are responsible for managing their own wallets and associated information. It is the user's responsibility to securely manage their wallet credentials and ensure they are kept confidential.

5. Privacy and Data Security

Due to the decentralized nature of Coinsub, we do not have access to user private information. All privacy and security information is managed by users through the wallets they choose to connect and use for token transfers. We provide a messaging protocol similar to email and have no control over how the technology is used. We do not collect, store, or manage any personal data.

6. Transaction Integrity

As a merchant, you must ensure the integrity of all transactions. You are prohibited from charging users more than the agreed-upon amount. Any attempt to overcharge or manipulate transaction amounts will result in the termination of your access to Coinsub services.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction, it is your responsibility to resolve the issue directly with the user. Coinsub is not responsible for resolving disputes between users and merchants. However, we may assist in providing transaction details to help resolve any issues.

8. Public Information

You acknowledge that general transaction data (such as amount, status, and sender/receiver information) on the blockchain is public information and that we do not obfuscate this information.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and we will notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of our services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason.

11. Limitation of Liability

Coinsub is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
